Our Products

We do our best to describe all items as accurately as possible to avoid our customers being disappointed. Please, do scrutinize the photos, which we hope show a true and clear representation of the items. Sometimes in the photographs the colours may not always be exact and this will usually be mentioned in the description. In the description, all measurements are approximate.

Do remember that our vintage and retro items have all been pre-owned and used and shall therefore show a varying degree of wear. We endeavour to ensure that all jewellery items should have no stones missing and that all fitments should be in good working order, as with the buckles of belts and clasps of bags and compacts etc. We try also to rid certain vintage items of any musty smells they may have and clean any items we think would befefit, using our expertise in this area.


Buying

To order just press the 'Buy' button and follow the simple instruction procedures. You will be shown your priced listed items and then the total amount. Once an order has been placed you will be sent an emailed invoice. For orders outside the EU please email us prior to ordering for delivery charges; for smaller items there is often no extra cost.


Postage

Free postage within the UK and EU

We offer FREE Postage within the UK and the EU. Usually parcels will be sent by FIRST CLASS recorded delivery via Royal Mail within the U.K and all International parcels via Air Mail. We post worldwide. For orders outside the EU please email us for delivery charges.

For residents within the U.K. we offer urgent special next day delivery. For this service there will be a charge of £3.50 for weekdays, the order must be placed before 1pm to go out the same day and the earliest delivery day will be a Tuesday. There is a charge of £5.50 for a Saturday delivery when orders must be placed before 1pm on Friday. These prices are for parcels up to 1kg in weight. Just select the option button required during checkout.

We also offer before 9am special next day delivery, if you require this service please phone us for costs.


Payment Method

You may pay with any Credit/Debit card and then select PAYPAL as the payment option, you do NOT  require a Paypal account. This is an easy and quick method as your order can be processed and despatched as soon as the transaction has cleared.

For security reasons we have decided to take Credit and Debit card transactions through Paypal via our secure server, as payment can be made WITH or WITHOUT a Paypal Account accepting all major credit and debit cards.

If you do not wish to open a Paypal account, then simply select the Paypal option and at the login prompt, just select 'If you do not currently have a Paypal Account' on the left hand side and payment will be taken directly from your entered credit card details.

If you have an existing Paypal Account, please ensure that your details are up to date and that your registered Credit/Debit Card has not expired or you may have problems. Also, if you have forgotten your Paypal password and therefore are unable to update your Paypal Account, as far as we know, the only solution is to create a new Paypal Account using a different Email Address.

We are also happy to receive payment by CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER. Your order will be reserved for seven days from the date of the emailed invoice. Cheques should be made out to J.C. Nash.

Once payment has been received and cheques have cleared we will send a confirmation email and despatch your goods within the next 24hours.

If you prefer to pay over the phone you may do this during office hours between 9.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Please have your credit/debit card details ready.


Despatch

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before despatch please email us stating your order number.

If payment for the order is received before 1pm on a weekday it will usually be despatched that same afternoon, otherwise it will be despatched on the following day.


Delivery

We take pride in our packaging and everything is carefully and professionally wrapped. Usually parcels are sent by first class recorded delivery via Royal Mail and should be received within 1 to 3 days. In the unlikely event that a parcel should go missing, please let us know and we will do our best to assist in resolving the problem.


Returning Goods 

If you wish to return any items please email us outlining your reasons for returning them. Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt by recorded delivery or by obtaining a proof of postage certificate from the Post Office. Items must be returned in their original condition and with appropriate packaging.


Our Money Back Guarantee

We want our customers to be entirely happy with their purchases and their shopping experience with us. If therefore you decide that an item is not for you, we make a promise to refund, exchange or credit the cost of the item, but unfortunately we cannot refund carriage fees which include delivery costs and the return postage. If the item has been wrongly described we will refund the item in full, including the return postage. You will receive the refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges and credit on items we believe to have been damaged or used after despatch from us.
