These details shall be totally confidential and shall not be passed on to a third party.When your orders are placed online with Stardust via our secure server, we have no access to your credit card details as all payments go through Paypal, who are established secure payment providers.We accept all major credit and debit cards paid via our secure server through Paypal who is an established secure payment provider and NO Paypal account is required. Delivery and Postal Charges Postage within the EU is FREE and parcels will be sent by FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY within the UK and by AIR MAIL elsewhere. On receipt of your payment we aim to despatch your parcel as soon as possible. If the order is received before 1pm of a weekday it will usually be despatched that same afternoon otherwise it will be despatched on the following day. Once despatched you will receive a confirmation email.We post worldwide. FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU PLEASE EMAIL FOR COST OF POSTAGE.All parcels are proffessionally wrapped in order to ensure safe arrival. In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive, please let us know and we shall do all we can to sort it out.If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before despatch please email us stating your order number.Returning GoodsIf you wish to return any items please email us outlining your reasons for returning them.
