Fabulously tactile carved wooden 20s oriental two piece belt buckle. The round dome shaped wooden pieces have chinese writing carved in the centre of each one with a zig zag pattern around the edge and they are set in gold-tone metal. One of the pieces is slightly larger than the other which I believe is deliberate. There is a hook clasp and a strong bar to each piece for attaching the belt. One of the pieces is stamped China on the back. This unusual vintage belt buckle is highly collectable and wearable and will give your outfit a touch of individuality.
It measures 8cm (3.1") wide and 4cm (1.5") high.
