An unusual 1940s tapestry and blue celluloid powder compact. It is disc shaped and extremely tactile. The lid has a tapestry insert depicting flowers and leaves. It opens to reveal a mirror in the lid and a sifter in the powder well but there is no puff or powder.
It measures 7.5cm (3") in diameter.
In good vintage condition with some blemishes to the mirror and a few tiny nibbles to the edges of the plastic.
