The large sized topper to this 1930s genuine vintage collectable hat pin is made from pewter coloured hollow celluloid. It is very light in weight with an uneven natural pearl effect finish and there is a gold-tone metal cap decoration where the pin is attached. An interesting vintage piece that would look great worn on your beret, hat or even on your coat lapel, individualising your outfit.
It measures 12cm (4.75") total length and the topper has an 8.5cm (3.5") circumference.
In good vintage condition, there is a small patch on the topper with green showing through and the pin is silver-tone metal with a couple of small corosion marks, nothing major.
