This dressy deep blue velvet genuine vintage hat has a sparkly rhinestone ornament sewn to the front and is made by Connor. The velvet fabric is bunched and folded giving this hat a turban effect. It is lined with black silky fabric and has a label reading - Connor Regd, Made in England. A glamorous hat for that special occasion.
The inner band measures 53.5cms (21") in circumference.
In good vintage condition with some light wear marks to the velvet.
