A lovely mother of pearl genuine vintage 30s brooch beautifully opalescent reflecting hues of pinks, greens and lilac blue when it catches the light. The mother of pearl is a large square with rounded corners and is claw set surrounded by a round wreath design in gold-tone metal. The back is coated in silver and it has a good working pin and safety catch. This pretty vintage brooch would make a great addition to your costume jewellery collection.
It measures 3.25cm (1.3") in diameter.
In good vintage condition with some gentle wear to silver coating on back of mother of pearl which does not detract from this lovely brooch.
