This amazing and rare genuine vintage 1950s demi-parure is made from real shells and pink rhinestones. It is unusual to find this type of jewellery in such fantastic condition. The brooch consists of a cluster of tiny painted shell flowers with pink facetted rhinestones in the centres with tiny green leaves scattered among them. Around the flowers is a circle of larger shells giving the impression of a large flower. It secures with a strong pin and roll over clasp. The screw-on earrings consist of two of the little pink flowers with rhinestone centres, four tiny leaves and two shells. This highly collectable and beautiful vintage demi-parure would make a wonderful addition to any collection.
The brooch measures 5.5cm (2.2") in diameter, the earrings are 2.5cm (1") high and 2.5cm (1") across at the widest point.
