An amazing 1960s modernist retro brooch by Peak. Made from stainless steel, it is a concave oval in shape with a beautiful circular piece of colourful abalone in the centre with lines engraved on the steel emanating from it giving a sunray effect. It secures with a good working pin and safety catch. On the back it is signed Peak, 16/8 Stainless, England. This celestial looking vintage brooch is collectable as well as wearable and would make a splendid addition to any collection.
It measures 5.25cm (2.1") across and 4cm (1.5") high.
