This is an amazing genuine vintage flapper tassell necklace made from black facetted claw set rhinestones in silver-tone metal enclosed settings. The tassell drop has a pretty filligree cap with a scalloped edge and eight black rhinestone drops around the outside of the tassell and another three metal articulated drops in the centre. It secures with a box clasp engraved Weiss but do not believe this is the original clasp. The necklace is long enough to pop over the head. An unusual and striking necklace to add to your vintage jewellery collection.
It measures 58cms (23") total length and the tassell is a drop of 7cms (2.75").
In good vintage conditon. There is wear to the silver-tone metal and the three inner drops of the tassel but still a beautiful necklace.
