This is a super shiny 1960s vinyl vanity case/box bag in a fabulous and unusual colour of jade green which has a mottled effect. The corners are embossed with a sleek pattern adding interest to a simply designed case. It has a sturdy single carrying handle and all fitments are in gold-tone metal. It opens with a large flip over clasp and still has its original key. Inside there are vinyl side gussets which are edged with gold vinyl and lined with champagne coloured silky fabric as is the inside of the case. One side has a large elasticated ruched open pocket and the other side has a strip of six elastic loops for holding bottles etc. in place. There is a small gold label on the inside base which reads - Made in Denmark. A collectable, useful and useable vintage vanity case that will hold all of your beauty requirements for that overnight stay.
It measures 32cm (12.5") across, 22.5cm (9") high and 10cm (4") deep.
The outside is in excellent condition but the inside has a few water marks to the fabric and there is a 2cm x1cm stain on the inside of one of the gussets.
